Justin Chee is a Registered Valuer and Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents, Malaysia and has about 13 years of working experience in real estate valuation in Malaysia.
He is currently undertaking valuation of a range of properties, in particular, landed, stratified properties and on-going project development properties for varied purposes. His expertise includes the valuation of purpose built high-rise office buildings, hotels and resorts, development lands, purpose-built factories and retail complexes. He also carries out co-ordination and management of a team of valuers and involves in day-to-day management of the department.
He is also trained to do valuation for Compulsory Acquisition purposes and involved in property research and consultancy work.
